Mentoring
By working as a professor for over ten years, I had the opportunity to mentor several students at the beginning of their journey, either as entrepreneurs in their startups or applying intrapreneurship in the companies where they worked.
The mentoring journey begins with a diagnosis, to understand the entrepreneur's life moment. Next, we create a workshop, focused on developing new skills as well as building new products and services for a better market positioning, which is volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous.
